  • We offer comprehensive full-service wedding planning and production services tailored to your needs, including venue selection, vendor management, design and décor, timeline management, and more.

  • Our dedication to creating unparalleled experiences, attention to detail, exclusive vendor partnerships, and personalized approach ensure that your wedding exceeds every expectation. Lindsey’s extensive background in catering, bar services, and event staffing gives her a unique perspective, with in-the-trenches experience. She knows the touchpoints that make a huge impact on guest experience. And a little Boston grit and humor never hurt anybody.

  • Your involvement is entirely up to you. We can handle every aspect of planning or work collaboratively with you to bring your vision to life. Lindsey is on-site at every event with her team in tow.

  • Absolutely. We specialize in destination weddings and can help you plan your wedding anywhere from our New England hub.

  • Yes, we offer bespoke design and décor services to ensure that every element of your wedding reflects your unique style and vision. We create design boards based off of your style and taste and work closely with your creative teams (floral, lighting, draping) to bring the vision to life.

  • Yes, we will work with you to establish a realistic budget and ensure that every detail of your wedding aligns with your financial parameters. Weddings are high emotional investment, high monetary investment, so it’s our job to assure we’re spending strategically, getting the most for our dollars, and cutting back when needed without cutting corners. Keep in mind, the vendors we recommend and work with are top quality professionals that we believe in, who will meet (and exceed!) your expectations. We don’t take a “nickle and dime” approach to negotiation, but we will educate our clients on hard costs, market rates, and fair value.

  • We have a network of preferred vendors renowned for their excellence, but we are also happy to work with any vendors you choose, pending they are licensed and insured wedding professionals.

  • Our experienced team is well-equipped to handle any unexpected challenges or emergencies, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day without worry. We have emergency supply kits with anything you could possibly need (over $1600 in supplies!) that we bring to every wedding. We have given the heimlich, successfully evacuated tents in severe weather, replaced the best man’s tie he had forgotten. In 14 years of producing events professionally, we have seen it all. Trust us.

  • Yes, we will create a comprehensive “Master Doc” outlining every aspect of your wedding day, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. This doc is shared with your vendor team who has editing access, and becomes a collaborative document ensuring everyone is “speaking the same language”. All important documents are linked within it, important notes by vendor category, all contact information, etc.

  • Absolutely. We have experience with a wide range of cultural and religious traditions and will work closely with you to incorporate them into your wedding celebration seamlessly.

  • Absolutely. We believe in love for all free from judgment or discrimination.

  • We recommend booking our services as soon as possible to secure your desired wedding date and ensure ample time for planning and preparation. Clients typically book 10-14 months in advance.

  • No, we do not offer day-of coordination services. We work with our clients from beginning to end. This ensures we are thoroughly familiar with our client’s decision making process, expectations, visions, their personalities - equipping us to make decisions on their behalf during the wedding weekend. We become very close with our clients, and this adds a level of trust, transparency and confidence that your wedding will go as planned.

  • Yes, we can assist with honeymoon planning, from destination selection to travel arrangements, allowing you to embark on your post-wedding adventure stress-free.

  • We are transparent about our pricing and will outline any additional fees upfront, ensuring complete clarity throughout the planning process. We charge on a flat rate basis which is outlined in our initial proposal.

  • Simply reach out to us via our website or contact information, and we will schedule a consultation to discuss your vision, preferences, and how we can bring your dream wedding to life.

  • We don’t require a specific minimum. However our clients’ average budget typically begins at $150,000+ or $1000 - $2000 per person for a destination weekend of events in New England. Of course this is a spectrum, and based on personal preferences, decisions, and expectations. And keep in mind, what you choose to spend on your wedding is entirely up to you.
