Picture this: An outdoor dinner party under cafe lights, family-style platters of amazing farm-to-table food, bottles of wine and candles dotting the table, reunited with your friends visiting from across the country.

Friends and family from near and far huddled and hushed in a room, waiting. Double doors open and you are first in line to witness the look on your parents as they enter a surprise reception celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The band begins, and champagne is passed as your parents receive hugs and wipe the happy tears from their eyes.

You hear your daughter’s name called, and she walks gleefully across the stage to receive her hard-earned diploma. It’s been four long years of dedication, and she deserved this. After the caps are thrown in the air and the bouquets have been handed off, it’s back to your house where a New England style lobster bake awaits you and your invited guests for an early summer party celebrating her finale from high school.

These are the moments that matter, these are the moments to remember. Be present. Enjoy. And remember - there’s always a reason to celebrate.

Social Event Planning

Ah ha! The Campbell family is FINALLY getting together in Boston for a family reunion! (Wait, there’s HOW MANY Campbell family members?!) Where are you going to put them all? What’s the plan for food? Or more importantly, the bar?

If it’s a family reunion, a birthday party, an anniversary party, a bar or bat mitzvah, a holiday party or anything in between we’ll craft a package that fits your needs; spending our time amongst the details so you don’t have to. We’ll make sure your guests fit, that they are well fed, and - of course - that there’s never a line at the bar.

Lindsey is not only organized, responsive, and flexible, but she truly is the full wedding-coordinator package: insightful, warm, genuine, and effective in everything that she does.

Small & In-Home Party Hosting

Perfect for the busy home entertainer. You know you WANT to have the best holiday party and invite your family and friends over - but with your busy schedule, finding the time and a cost-effective way to make it happen seems out of reach. You give me your budget, I’ll plan your party. I’ll be discreetly on site to take care of the set up, food prep, and cleaning. I’ll light the candles, uncork the wine, greet your guests and hang their jackets, and wipe down the countertops at the end of the event. That way, you’re sipping on rose laughing at the stories your brother-in-law tells, and catching up with your college roommate who made it to town, rather than wondering if the appetizers are still warm and if the recycling has been taken out.
